These Terms of Service govern use of code-one.pl operated by Code One Marketing Sp. z o.o., pl. Jana Kilińskiego 2, 35-005 Rzeszów, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 8133781992 (“Provider”).

Using the Service means you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. General provisions

1. The Service is informational and promotional — it presents the Provider’s B2B offer: IT services, AI/LLM, integrations, cybersecurity, digital platforms and advisory.
2. These Terms do not replace a services contract. Commercial terms are agreed individually in a contract, proposal or order.

2. Definitions

• User — any person or entity using the Service.
• Service — https://code-one.pl including subpages and the CMS admin area (/admin) for authorised Provider staff only.
• Content — texts, graphics, layout, logos, service descriptions, case studies, Insights articles and other materials published by the Provider.
• User content — information submitted via the contact form.

3. Conditions of use

1. Users must comply with applicable law, good practice and these Terms.
2. Prohibited: unlawful content, malware, unauthorised access attempts, infrastructure abuse, automated scraping without written consent.
3. Service information is general and does not constitute legal, tax, medical or performance guarantees without individual analysis.
4. The Provider may temporarily limit access for maintenance or incidents, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Contact form

1. Submissions require accurate contact details and, where required, privacy consent under the Privacy Policy.
2. Replies are typically within 1–2 business days, depending on complexity and workload.
3. Submitting the form does not create a contract or resource reservation; the Provider may decline cooperation subject to mandatory law.

5. Intellectual property

1. Copyright in Service Content (except client marks, client-owned case study materials and third-party content) belongs to the Provider or licensors.
2. Quotation with source and link to https://code-one.pl is permitted within fair use limits.
3. The Code One logo and related marks are protected — use without consent is prohibited.
4. Commercial copying or modification requires written consent.

6. Liability

1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider strives for accuracy and availability but does not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted operation or error-free content.
2. The Provider is not liable for misuse of the Service, business decisions based solely on Content without consultation, force majeure or third-party failures (e.g. connectivity).
3. External links may appear in Content — the Provider is not responsible for those sites.
4. Liability to business Users is limited — to the fullest extent permitted by law — to direct actual loss, excluding lost profits, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Complaints about the Service

Technical or content issues may be reported to [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable time, generally within 14 business days, with notice if longer analysis is needed.

8. Changes

The Provider may update Content, features and these Terms for legal, product or security reasons. Material changes are published with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Final provisions

1. Polish law applies.
2. Disputes with business Users fall under courts competent for the Provider’s registered office.
3. Mandatory consumer protection rules apply where required by EU or national law.
4. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
