For an architecture office, we created a dedicated online solution supporting daily work organization, project accountability, and documentation management. The system was built using PHP Symfony and designed as a central tool that aggregates key information about projects, working time, correspondence, documents, and settlements in one place.

Challenge

The architecture office needed a tool that would organize multiple scattered processes previously handled across different systems, files, and communication channels. The key objective was to create a solution enabling working time registration for architects, project profitability control, email correspondence management, document template handling, and integration with an external invoicing system.

Solution

We designed and implemented a dedicated web application for architecture offices, supporting project management from organizational, operational, and financial perspectives. The system enables architects to register their working time, assign activities to specific projects, analyze project accountability, store email correspondence, use ready-made document templates, and integrate with an external invoicing tool.
